Following meticulous construction and dedicated efforts, the 8500Nm³/h natural gas hydrogen production unit—a vital utility for Sichuan Yuyan’s 300,000-ton/year hydrogen peroxide project—has achieved a successful, single-attempt commissioning and startup. The entire process flow is now fully operational, steadily producing compliant hydrogen. This milestone signals that the core supporting facility has officially entered the trial production phase, laying a solid foundation for the full-load operation of the main hydrogen peroxide project.

A successful startup on the first attempt is the best proof of technical strength and craftsmanship. As the core gas source project for the 300,000-ton/year hydrogen peroxide plant, this 8500Nm³/h unit carries the critical responsibility of providing a stable hydrogen supply to the main facility.

Featuring a high level of automation and numerous interlock control points, the system covers key processes including natural gas purification, steam reforming for hydrogen production, purification/separation, and safe pressure stabilization. The entire startup process was stable and controlled, achieving compliance in a single run. This fully validates the rationality of the project design, the precision of equipment installation, and the stability of the entire production and O&M system.
